Through a series of 20 minute sessions, we will cover the basics for you to get started, along with any questions or concerns you have and your experience with the microdose throughout your protocol. so that you can feel grounded and confident while microdosing and mitigate any negative side effects.

Check-ins are recommended to do once a week in the first month of establishing a microdosing protocol for any dosage or protocol adjustments, to ask questions and get personalized guidance and then bi-weekly or as needed after that.

FAQs

  • One protocol cycle on average is 6-8 weeks  followed by 2-4 weeks off for integration and realignment. There are many different protocols and during our sessions I will help you choose one based on your intentions, lifestyle, etc.

During our sessions, we will go over which protocol is best for you to start with and can adjust it as needed if needed based on your experience as you continue to check-in during your protocol.

  • Most clients usually start with once a week for the first month, and then switch to bi-weekly for the second month.

You can also book as needed throughout your protocol.

At minimum, I recommend booking a check-in after week 1 of your microdosing protocol so we can make any adjustments needed at the start of your protocol.

  • Integration means doing inner work to heal and work through anything that is causing you emotional pain and blocking you from living the life you want. As you progress on your healing journey, you will start to develop tools that you can use to navigate triggers and blocks on your own, but it’s important to get outside support when working through any big traumas or tough emotional issues.

Microdosing can bring stuff up to the surface as new neural pathways connect and form in the brain, and it will resurface existing trauma and illuminate areas that need deeper healing. This is why integration is a huge focus when using psychedelics in any dosage, but especially microdosing. Since we are using a small amount of psychedelics over a longer period of time, ongoing support from a therapist or coach through your microdosing time is highly recommended, if not essential.

Integration isn’t just about doing inner work, although that is a huge part. While doing inner work, we also need to simultaneously be developing healthy coping skills and self regulation practices, and then apply the knowledge, skills and experiences you’ve acquired through action steps and practices. Nothing changes if nothing changes and action steps are a huge piece of integration which a lot of people forget about.

True integration starts in therapy and gets solidified by changing the patterns in our life and creating new, healthier habits that support a healthy and self-aware lifestyle.

This doesn’t have to be hard! It just takes time and consistency. You will start to build new habits and healing will unfold naturally as time progresses and you continue to put in the inner and outer work.

My intention is for you to microdose and do integration in a way that works for you so that you don’t feel overwhelmed and can enjoy the healing journey. And as always, you do not need to microdose to do the inner work and heal- you can make so much progress without microdosing! But, if you are feeling called to microdose, getting personalized guidance is key.

During check-ins we can discuss areas of focus for you to do deeper work with your therapist or coach, but since check-ins are 20 minutes, we don’t typically have time to go into doing deeper healing and full integration. If you are microdosing and you already have a therapist that you like, that’s great and keep going with them in addition to check-ins. But if you don’t and you need deeper integration support feel free to book a full hour integration session here or find a therapist to work for deeper integration while microdosing and doing check-ins to get the most out of your protocol and make the changes you want to see.

What clients are saying

Phoebe took the time to listen to me and help me pick a protocol that worked for me and changed my life! It was the best zoom call I have ever made to date.
— Michael
Phoebe was knowledgeable about blend types and addressing different issues and helped me select a blend that would provide the type of experience or facilitate the type of change I was wanting.

I was wanting to work on a specific issue around thought processes, patterns, and stuckness. Phoebe talked with me about what blend would match this desire and I’ve found that it’s been extremely useful and my approach to my thought patterns has had flexibility and openness that I didn’t feel before.

I feel that I chose a blend that worked well for me completely because of the conversation together.

Phoebe has a gift, in addition to her knowledge of microdosing, she can also read energy and was very accurate as far as how my system would react/tolerate the medicine
